The issue with affecting I4 prepay services has been resolved.

Service Impacted Inmarsat I4 Prepay – RESOLVED
Start Time 15th April 2022 – 20:00 UTC (Approx)
End Time 17th April 2022 – 22:50 UTC (Approx)
Impact to Customers Customers could not use any I4 Prepay Services. Including, but not limited to, Balance Requests and Top Ups.
Further Infor­mation Inmarsat have reported the Issue is resolved.

  • FB or FBB = FleetBroadBand. Inmarsat service for FBB devices
  • GSPS = Global Satellite Phone Service. Inmarsat voice service for IsatPhone
  • IRIS = Remote monitoring and control system
  • SB or SBB = SwiftBroadBand. Inmarsat service for SBB devices
