Please note that this activity is part of Thuraya’s ongoing efforts to upgrade Thuraya’s services and ensure stable and reliable network performance at all times. It involves upgrading the current London firewall and restoration of HA (High Availability) status. As a result, packet services using London POP will potentially be interrupted for approximately 20 minutes during the activity window. Appropriate rollback procedures are in place should the post activity test resulted in unexpected results. We recommend to power cycle (restart/reboot) the device of the customer after this activity to ensure continuous network connectivity.
