Planned System Activity: New Packet Gateway Migration
Please note that this activity is part of our continuous efforts to upgrade the system to ensure stable and reliable network performance. It involves upgrading the current packet gateway station to the new packet gateway station. During the activity window, regions highlighted below within Thuraya‑3 coverage will be migrated to the new packet gateway. As a result, all Thuraya packet services will be unavailable for 15 minutes. The window covers pre-migration activity, actual migration, post migration and system monitoring. Any inconvenience due to this activity is regretted.
Service Impact: Potential service interruption of packet services for 15 minutes during system migration.
