Inmarsat CDR Degradation has been Rectified

It will still take us some time to confirm all CDRs have now been delivered and the back log has been caught up. More information of the original outage can be found below. Original Outage and Impact to Customers: Inmarsat’s unplanned degradation of their CDR distribution continues. we estimates we are approximately 12 hours behind in actual CDRs. This has and will continue to delay all Inmarsat alerts, monitoring/suspensions, high usage reports. Low balance alerts may not function until the problem is resolved. This may also cause a delay in billing whilst waiting to receive the final CDRs to close October. |
