Unplanned Inmarsat CDR Outage

Estimated end time: Ongoing Inmarsat have been and continue to experience unplanned degradation and outages to their CDR distribution. we as a result are experiencing delays in receiving CDRs. These delays prevent we’s ability to provide a timely monitoring service. Therefore there may be delays in all Inmarsat alerts, monitoring/high usage reports and service suspension. Low balance alerts may not function until the problem is resolved. IP data usage can still be monitored via INTEGRA See – we’s free monitoring tool available on all IP data services. INTEGRA Control enables you to set real-time alerts which are not affected by billing/CDR-based outages. We are working with Inmarsat to resolve the outage and will provide further updates. |
