Outage Information |
Inmarsat has recovered the I‑4 F1 satellite and restored services. However, with the complexity of the issue Inmarsat faced with the outage, it has not been possible to fully restore GSPS (satellite phone) services in the whole coverage area of the satellite.
Inmarsat is working hard on solutions and will provide an update on the likely timeframe for restoration as soon as they are able to do so.
During the GSPS resolution period, Inmarsat will provide additional updates on timescales as they finalise their restoration work.
Inmarsat appreciate that the delay in restoring GSPS services in the region is frustrating for customers and sincerely apologise for this. |
We are working with Inmarsat to resolve the outage and will provide further updates when available.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
