|Customers may be unable to Initialise Data Sessions on there IP data services.
|we engineers have found one of their data storage servers has failed. The information is currently being transfered to their back-up servers. Until this is completed, customers may see their attempts to start a data session come back with a network failure/user account fail error. Some customers may be able to start a session with no impact.
