We can confirm the issue causing customers to be unable to initialise a Data Session via their we provided BGAN and Fleet Broadband Services has now been resolved.

Impact: Customers may be unable to Initialise Data Sessions on there IP data services. 
Additional Infor­mation: we engineers had found one of their data storage servers had failed. The infor­mation was trans­fered to their back-up servers which has resolved the issue. 
Action for Customers: A restart of manual data sessions may be required.
