We can confirm the issue causing customers to be unable to initialise a Data Session via their we provided BGAN and Fleet Broadband Services has now been resolved.

Additional Information: | we engineers had found one of their data storage servers had failed. The information was transfered to their back-up servers which has resolved the issue. |
