We can confirm the issue causing customers to be unable to initialise a Data Session via their we provided BGAN and Fleet Broadband Services has now been resolved.

|Additional Information:||we engineers had found one of their data storage servers had failed. The information was transfered to their back-up servers which has resolved the issue.|
|Action for Customers:||A restart of manual data sessions may be required.|
