Unplanned Inmarsat CDR Outage – Resolved

Start Time: Tuesday 9th May 2023 08:30

Estimated end time: Tuesday 9th May 20:00

Issue resolved all CDRs received and alerting working as expected.

Inmarsat currently have degredation of their CDR distribution. As a result of this, we are experiencing delays in receiving CDRs.

These delays prevent we’s ability to provide a timely monitoring service. Therefore there may be delays in all Inmarsat alerts, monitoring/high usage reports and service suspension. Low balance alerts may not function until the problem is resolved.

Inmarsat is working hard to resolve the outage and we will provide further updates as they become avaliable.
