Please be informed that this activity is part of Thuraya’s preventive maintenance to reboot the Evolved Packet Gateway (EPG) of core network element to fix and clear the current critical alarm on this node. There will be potential interruption of up to 20 minutes in the beginning of the activity during the EPG reboot. Appropriate rollback procedures are in place should the post activity test resulted in unexpected results. Any inconvenience due to this activity is regretted.
