Important Notice – My we Portal will be affected by an Iridium Planned Maintenance
Start time: Wednesday 15th November at 14:30 UTC Estimated end time: Wednesday 15th November at 22:30 UTC
Services Affected: All Iridium provisioning which includes, Activations, Deactivations, Suspensions, Unsuspensions, and Top Ups. There will also be no CDR Delivery which will result in there being no monitoring or auto suspensions.
Iridium will be performing maintenance during the period stated above. The maintenance will affect all Iridium activity.
We recommends that you check prepay services that may require a top-up during the above time frame and process them before the start of the maintenance period.
The above has no impact on the users‘ ability to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.
IP data usage can still be monitored via INTEGRA See – we’s free monitoring tool available on all IP data services. INTEGRA Control enables you to set real-time alerts that are not affected by billing/CDR-based outages.
Once the service is restored, we will resume the collection of CDRs. All functions will be operational but it will take some time for the backlog of CDRs to be loaded and monitoring alerts/auto suspensions to be sent.
