Initial: 01:49 (UTC time), March 28, 2025. A voice service interruption and packet service degradation was detected for Thuraya 2 on 01:46 UTC of March 15, 2025. The voice service completely effected at 01:49 UTC. Thuraya’s operation and technival team immediately started to troubleshooting and partial recovery started at 03:11 UTC.
Service Completely Restored: 04:51 (UTC time), March 28, 2025. Thuraya 2 voice and packet services have been normalized, and are continuing to be monitored to assure that the services are completely and optimally recovered.
