Initial: 04:04 (GMT time), April 02, 2025. A voice service interruption and packet service degradation was detected for Thuraya 2 on 04:04 GMT of April 02, 2025. The voice service completely effected at 04:11 GMT. Thuraya’s operation and technival team immediately started to troubleshooting and partial recovery started at 05:08 GMT.
Service Completely Restored: 06:03 (GMT time), April 02, 2025. Thuraya 2 voice and packet services have been normalized, and are continuing to be monitored to assure that the services are completely and optimally recovered.
