We would like to inform you about the upcoming Inmarsat Planned Maintenance scheduled from Friday,13th September 12:00 UTC to Thursday, 19th September 13:00 UTC due to an Inmarsat migration to a new provisioning system.
This outage will significantly impact numerous services for an extended period of time (6 days).
Service Impact: During this period, it will not be possible to activate, deactivate, suspend, or unsuspend GSPS, Fleet One, and FBB services. This includes situations where high usage thresholds are reached. We will not be responsible for any high usage during this time as it is beyond our control.
Other Inmarsat services, such as BGAN, will remain unaffected.
Prepay top-ups and balance inquiries will still be possible.
This maintenance will not affect users’ ability to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.
