Impact to Customers Currently no Inmarsat Prepay Provi­sioning can be actioned. This includes Topping up a SIM and checking a SIM balance.
Further Infor­mation A case has been raised with Inmarsat and we are awaiting further infor­mation regarding the outage.

  • FB or FBB = FleetBroadBand. Inmarsat service for FBB devices
  • GSPS = Global Satellite Phone Service. Inmarsat voice service for IsatPhone
  • IRIS = Remote monitoring and control system
  • SB or SBB = SwiftBroadBand. Inmarsat service for SBB devices
