Unplanned Inmarsat CDR Degradation has been Rectified

Start Time: Friday 4th November 2022 15:00 UTC

End time: Saturday 5th November 2022 20:00 UTC

The issue with Inmarsat’s CDR delivery has been reported as resolved. It will still take us some time to confirm all CDRs have now been delivered and the back log has been caught up. More information of the original outage can be found below.

Original Outage and Impact to Customers:

Inmarsat are currently experiencing an unplanned degradation to their CDR distribution. we as a result will experience a delay in receiving these CDRs.

This will delay all Inmarsat alerts, monitoring/suspensions, high usage reports. Low balance alerts may not function until the problem is resolved.

If you have access to My we Portal, you will be able to view your Inmarsat data usage under the INTEGRA See tab. If you have taken out an INTEGRA Control subscription, you will be able to manually suspend your data services from My we Portal.

We are working with Inmarsat to resolve the outage and will provide further updates.
