Initial: 03:13 (GMT time), April 03, 2025.The voice service completely effected at 03:22 GMT. Thuraya’s operation and technival team immediately started to troubleshooting and partial recovery started at 04:16 GMT.
Service Completely Restored: 05:01 (GMT time), April 03, 2025. Thuraya 2 voice and packet services have been normalized, and are continuing to be monitored to assure that the services are completely and optimally recovered.
