If you want to return a rental unit to us from outside EU, it is absolutely necessary to enclose a proforma invoice with the shipment. Without a proforma invoice, high customs clearance fees will be incurred.
Due to the increased effort for import and customs clearance, we charge an additional fee of 120 Euro regardless of the rental period.
A proforma invoice is not necessary for returns within the EU.
