| Information of the Maintenance during Window | Due to essential maintenance required on the connectivity between we and Iridium, our network engineers will need to restart the Certus network tunnels between we and Iridium. This will involve a brief loss of connectivity of up to five minutes while we failover over to the secondary tunnel, with a contingency of up to ten minutes loss of connectivity should there be issues with the failover process.
This action with be performed twice in order to fail back to the primary tunnel again. |
