| Description | OneWeb will be conducting expedited constellation ring morphing to mitigate service gaps and improve service availability (with service improvements more visible in the subequatorial regions). Risk of service interruption when the user terminal is performing a warm start while in view of the satellites affected by the activity. Likelihood of a service impact is low, however, it is recommended to update the latest LTEF to the User Terminal during the maintenance window whenever possible. |
| Action(s) Required by Users | Users will be required to update the terminal with the latest LTEF file if their service does not come online after 15 minutes during warm start of the equipment. Please see the attached guide on this alert for additional instructions on how to perform this. |
