You can view your individual call data at any time and in just a few steps via our User Portal.
Here is an example for Iridium:

- Log in to sim-ticket.de. If you do not have access yet, you can subscribe via register now.
- Click contracts / call data record in menu.

- On this page you will see all your contracts.
- With the yellow buttons on the right side you can check and change the billing address.

- Place the mouse pointer over the [i] to display the activation date.
- Click on the SIMID to display the pricing model of the SIM card.

- You will see the pricing model of the SIM card. Depending on the activation date, you will also see historical data.

- Enter the time period for displaying the call data records and select one, several or all cards.
- Please note that the call data records are available for a maximum of 180 days in the past. We are bound here by the legal periods for retaining connection data.

- You will see all call data records.
